4 Years of successful High-Speed Printing on Paper
At one of Europe’s largest paper packaging facilities, Advanced Industries Packaging (AIP) manufactures high-quality paper sacks for a wide variety of needs at its Achern production site. The investment in Allstein advanced printing capabilities facilitates high-speed printing at 500m/min, while employing 8 colors at the CI and a lacquer in the inline flexo downstream unit. Looking back the decision in favor of Allstein has paid off from AIPs point of view. "The HYDRO press constantly prints at full speed of 500m/min, enables a fast and easy job-changeover and therefore helps us to achieve our challenging output goals" describes Erika Reiter, Plant Director at the AIP production site in Achern, Germany. She is also very satisfied with the reliability of the machine. "Since the installation early 2020 the Hydro press has met our expectations to the fullest. It impresses above all with its outstanding print quality, which it maintains even at high throughput.
