MKP S.L. is a young company, founded in 2006 and formed by a team with over 20 years of experience in the plastic industry, with the aim of providing the best technical and commercial service.
Due to our work and of course the desire to innovate and ensure the growth of our clients, we have more than 500 machines working in Spain allowing our clients to improve their competitiveness in an increasingly difficult market and achieving in most cases the leadership in their sector.
Our aim is to create long term business relationships with personalized attention before and after investing any capital in equipment, as well as further technical support that we consider essential.
We have focused ourselves in industrial sectors, all related to the manipulations of plastics, represented by the leaders of machine manufacturers in their field (mainly German origin), with who we have exclusive contracts, plus some collaborations with other manufacturers that give us the possibility to expand our offers to our client’s specific demands.
We research in-depth the potential of each client and advise on the possibilities for improvements in production processes, as in quantity and quality. We keep our clients informed about market trends and new products in the world of flexible packaging.
Our team consists of employees trained to respond effectively to our customers. We also have a high knowledge about the companies and their products we are representing. This good relationship which we have set up over a number of years allows us to give the best service and being flexible to adapt to the specific needs of each clients.
The After-Sales service is one of our cornerstones and distinguishes us from other companies, as we know that it is very important to offer an excellent service with spare parts and technical assistance so that our customers are able to have our machines in production 24/7 with complete reliability and availability.
We understand that it is important for our clients to get a quick and efficient answer to be able to compete well in the market demands and being competitive. For this reason we do not just talk and work with the responsible persons who decide on future investments, but also cooperate closely with the maintenance employees and local technicians who are working with our machines and who have to get the best results in production.
Consequently all our team speaks German (among other languages) and due to the relationship we have set up in the last years with the CEOs of the companies we represent, we managed to get precisely the response our customers need, whether in troubleshooting, as technical assistance via phone or modem, as well as the identification of parts and their prior delivery.
