NGR further improves the field of PET bottle-to-bottle recycling
Two years ago we started our collaboration with the Austrian manufacturer of recycling machines for plastics NGR – NEXT GENERATION RECYCLING MACHINES and the acceptance by the Spanish customers has been outstanding, placing 11 machines in the last year with capacity to recover more than 24,000 tons of plastic waste generated during production of films. Clear indication of the growing importance of taking into consideration the control and use of all waste material generated during the production process.
The MKP Team is glad to announce the launch of the digital magazine “LIFECYCLE” edited by NGR in order to inform you about developments and opportunities facing the sector of recovering plastics. In the first edition we would like to draw your attention to the following articles:
• Circular Economy and waste as resource.
• Dr. Collin, the importance of modern plastics. The recycled pallets get more similar to the original pallets in terms of quality.
• The Slovakian Plastics Recycling Center (RCP-S) faithfully close relationship with NGR (X:GRAN 165 V HD capable to recover 400 tons per month).
For more information please see the whole magazine.
We are glad to inform you that our partner NGR, Austrian manufacture of recycling machines for all types of plastics, has been honored with the Upper Austrian Innovation-Award for the development of a process to enhance the material properties of PET. The LSP-Process (Liquid State Polycondensation) enables the enhancement of PET through “Post-Condensation” in the molten material state and surpasses governmental requirements concerning food-approvals.
“The NGR-Team feels most honored and proud, in particular about the appreciation on reaching our targets on the development. Upper Austria is a region, which is highly industrially developed and we are used to performing in this competitive environment – this gives the Award a remarkable significance”, comments Thomas Pichler, Technical Director and Joint Partner of NGR.
