The after sales service is one of our cornerstones and distinguishes us from other companies, as we know that it is very important to offer an excellent service with spare parts and technical assistance so that our customers are able to have our machines in production 24/7 with complete reliability and availability.

We are aware of how important it is for our customers to obtain a fast, efficient and satisfactory response so that they can adequately meet the increasingly demanding requirements of this market.

MKP is available to our customers at any time, including on weekends and bank holidays if necessary, for spare parts orders as well as to obtain technical assistance or resolve any doubts.

  • We will immediately forward your request to the relevant department of each of the companies we represent and ensure that you receive an appropriate response as soon as possible.
  • We also help you to identify the spare parts to order in case there is any doubt, we check their availability, and we follow up on your supply to make sure you receive it on time and in a proper way.
  • We support in the technical interventions and above all in the commissioning of the machines, often acting as an interpreter to facilitate understanding between the personnel involved.
  • We place special emphasis on staff training, both at the operator and maintenance/process level, as we consider this to be essential in order to get the most out of production lines. All our represented companies have a suitable training department.
  • In addition to the technical staff offered by our represented companies, we also have exclusive agreements with local electronic technicians who provide us with support at specific times.
