Smooth operation and low noise levels are the result of a solid, compact cutting chamber. The solid rotors, turned and milled from a single piece of steel, have high torque and prevent cut material from depositing on their surface. The high-strength steel cutting blades are integrated into the rotor along its entire length and do not need to be adjusted, even after several grinding operations. As a result, the rotor will remain dynamically balanced for life. The actual helical cut with a constant gap between the rotating and stationary blades along the entire length of the rotor results in low dust generation and reduces electrical energy consumption. Oversized flanges increase smoothness of operation and keep noise levels low. Full soundproofing is available as an option. The soundproof cabin keeps noise at a level of 85 dB(A). All chambers of Dreher granulators can be opened in the middle of the rotor shaft. This always ensures easy access to the cutting chamber when changing materials. 

The screen can also be rotated, ensuring quick cleaning of the rotor. Dreher guarantees fast and efficient service throughout the entire operating life of our granulators.
