Open House Event: innovation and performance in action at Smurfit Westrock IBI – Alicante
Last week, we had the pleasure of organising an Open House in partnership with Smurfit Westrock at their IBI site, where we welcomed customers from various countries.
During the event, which featured interesting talks by experts from Reifenhäuser and NGR on the market and processability of barrier products, attendees were able to see first-hand the performance of our 7-layer EVOH blown film extrusion line. The demonstration highlighted not only the high production capacity, but also the excellent quality and stability of the process.
Beyond the technology, this event was a great opportunity to exchange knowledge, share experiences and strengthen relationships with industry professionals at an international level.
We would like to extend a special thank you to Pascual Martinez and his team, and to everyone who joined us and made this event a success. And, of course, we are grateful for the trust placed in us, both in MKP and in Reifenhäuser, with the acquisition of the barrier material extrusion lines—which deliver excellent results in terms of both quality and quantity—and the NGR regrinders, which enable the recycling of all materials within a perfect circular economy.
